Thank you for visiting and shopping at PURspray.ca (a division of HMFT Inc.). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment

Free Shipping for orders over $400. 3-5 business days delivery time.
Standard Shipping at $9.95 for orders under $400. 3-5 business days delivery time.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Depending on package size and destination of the order. We will use one of the following carriers.

Shipment to P.O. boxes 

PURspray.ca (Howard Marten Fluid Technologies Inc.) does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Damages 

PURspray.ca (Howard Marten Fluid Technologies Inc.) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 International Shipping Policy

 We currently do not ship outside of Canada.

If you have a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately in order to remedy the situation as soon as possible. For products considered standard stock items, PURspray will accept returns that are exempt from restocking fees. PURspray will accept all products back from customers subject to restocking fees. If a product was a special order or brought in by customer request, a minimum restocking fee of 25% will be charged. Restocking fees may be higher depending on the supplier. If a product was sold or ordered in error by PURspray staff, full credit will be issued with no restocking fee. Products to be considered for return must have been purchased within the calendar year, in brand new condition, never been used and in original packaging.

We provide you with manufacturer warranty. Warranty varies depending on product. Please contact us for more information.
